Henan Yongxin Chemical Co., Ltd, called Tangyin Yongxin Chemistry Co., Ltd before the name changed, formerly known as Tangyin County Yongxin Auxiliaries Factory of Henan Province was founded in 1986, which is the first enterprise in China specialising in the R& D and manufacture of rubber Anti-scorching agent CTP (PVl).
