In the area of Bergamo-Brescia / Italy, also called Rubber Valley, where there are hundreds of rubber companies, mold/equipment/machine manufacturers are specialized in their fields. Molds are manufatured by mold companies, not in the mold workshops of rubber part production companies. Part finishing (grinding-deburring-washing...) processes are carried out in production facilities or in deburring factories with machines produced by special machine production companies for these processes. The ovens used for postcure processes are industrial ovens specified designed for rubber and PTFE. Quality inspection proces (measurement and visual control) are carried out as 100% inspection with machines designed and produced by expert optical automation companies. As ELASPARK, we represent(DOSS, ORP, ORM, IMG) the companies involved in the processes mentioned above. The fact that these companies are very short distance from each other in terms of location provides convenience during visits and studies/trials. The machinery and equipments of these companies are used in satisfaction by many companies in our country with their high and long-term usage performance.
