Mete Kimya AS started its journey in 2008 as the sole authorized distributor of Lanxess Deutschland GmbH in Turkey, supplying rubber chemicals to domestic rubber manufacturers. It continues its operations actively today and has become a trusted and sought-after company for many firms. Over the years, an increase in demand has been observed in the rubber market and semi-finished rubber compounds. In 2014, along with investments in Banbury and rubber calender, our sister company Metekim Rubber AS was established in Bursa, the heart of the rubber sector. It operates on a 6,000 m² plot of land with 5,500 m² of closed area in the Hasanağa Organized Industrial Zone. In 2020, another investment was made by adding a cord calender and Banbury line to the machine park, and it has continued to grow by increasing its production quantity every year. Currently, it has a total of 5 lines, including 3 Banbury lines, one rubber calender, and one cord calender line, with a monthly production capacity of 1000 tons of compound. By obtaining ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 certificates, it aims to prioritize quality and customer service in technical compound production.
