It has been specially designed for the needs of the main sectors such as machinery, construction, aviation, defense industry, especially the automotive industry, for textile braided or non-braided rubber hoses that require high pressure and durability.
It is designed for the effective and efficient production of profile products such as wicks, gaskets etc. from raw materials such as EPDM, SBR, NBR, AEM. Depending on the technical characteristics of the product and the process situation, line groups are formed with different units and products with excellent mechanical, thermal and optical properties are obtained.
NKP series rubber performance extruders are used to provide high capacity and high mixing performance in extrusion applications of rubber and materials such as EPDM, NBR and Neoprene in various series; such as hoses, profiles, bellows and wicks.
