This product is a natural rubber, synthetic rubber, recycled rubber universal accelerator, easy to disperse in the rubber, no pollution. Vulcanized rubber has excellent aging resistance, but the items in contact with vulcanized rubber are easy to have bitter taste, so it is not suitable for rubber products in contact with food. Can be used to manufacture tires, hose, tape, tape, general industrial rubber products, etc.

CBS is a highly active after-effect accelerator with excellent scorch resistance, safe processing, short vulcanization time and high elongation stress. Slight discoloration, no spray frost, vulcanized rubber has excellent aging resistance. When used, it should be combined with zinc oxide and stearic acid, and the accelerator TMTD, TMTM,PZ,D or other alkaline accelerator as the second accelerator, which can also be activated by M and DM. The usual dosage ranges from 0.5 to 2 servings.

Overspeed accelerator, no rubber stain. Suitable for NR, IR, BR, SBR, IIIR, NBR and EPDM. The properties are similar to TT and TETD, but the foaming and coking properties are low. Good curing property but low strength. Sulfur free also has a high vulcanization and heat resistance, no foaming, the product has strong compressive resistance.

Superaccelerator for natural, synthetic and latex adhesives. Greater activity in dry glue than WILLING ZDEC. The latex containing this product can be used for a week without early vulcanization, and is a good activator of thiazole accelerators. This product has the effect of antioxidant in the compound, can improve the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber, no discoloration, no pollution, easy dispersion.

This product is used as a super accelerator for natural rubber and various synthetic rubber, is a representative variety of zinc dithiocarbamate accelerator, and is also a universal accelerator for latex. This product is a good active agent for thiazoles and sulphonamides. It is also used as an insoluble accelerator of latex and has little effect on the stability of latex. This product does not pollute, does not change color, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, suitable for white and brilliant products, transparent products. Mainly used in the manufacture of medical products, tape and self-curing products. 0.5-1 parts in dry latex.

Super accelerators for natural and synthetic adhesives and general accelerators for latex. It is especially suitable for butyl rubber with compression deformation and nitrile rubber with excellent aging resistance. It is also suitable for EPDM. The vulcanization temperature is 100℃, the activity is stronger than WllLING TMTD, but the activity is stronger at low temperature, the coke tendency is large, and the mixing is easy to cause early vulcanization. This product has activation effect on thiazoles and secondary sulfonamide accelerators, and can be used as the second accelerator. When combined with WILLING DM, the scorch resistance increases as the amount of DM increases. Because of odorless, no pollution, no discoloration, it is suitable for adhesive cloth, food and medical rubber products. In the United States, ZDMC has been approved by the FDA. In EPDM, butyl rubber and other products, the effect is remarkable.

It is mainly used in IR, NR, SBR, NBR, HR and EPDM systems. At present, it is a major acid vulcanizing agent with moderate vulcanizing speed. It can achieve higher activity when combined with other acid vulcanizing agents such as WIlLLING DM and WIlLLING TMTD. Its vulcanization temperature is low, easy to disperse in rubber, no pollution, mainly used in the manufacture of tires, tape, rubber shoes and other industrial rubber products, but can not be used as food materials.
